Home Why LPM? Available Properties Owners HOA Management

Still managing your own homeowner's association?

Many HOAs are still relying on volunteers as the most cost effective way to manage an association.  However, volunteers are frequently hard to find, especially when it comes to the unpleasant and time consuming jobs such as Covenant enforcement, collection of dues and disclosure packages.

After living and working as a volunteer in covenant protected communities for over 35 years Charles Lee of Lee Property Management has recognized the need for an association management system that is flexible to the needs and resources required to support a HOA.

Many HOA’s are afraid of the long-term commitments that are normally tied to professional management companies.  Therefore, LPM has developed an ala-carte menu system that allows HOA’s to pick and choose from a list of services with no long-term contract.

Some of LPMs Homeowner Association services include:

  • Community inspections for covenant enforcement

  • Notification of covenant violations to homeowners

  • Follow-up for violation notices

  • Preview of architectural review request

  • Processing and Issue of Disclosure Packages

  • Notifications to owners of meetings

  • Schedule and setup of annual meeting

  • Overseeing maintenance and service contracts

  • Collection of dues

  • Payment of bills

Some of the HOAs we currently manage:

The Coves at Wilton Creek  (Middlesex County)

Tabb Lakes Homes Association (York County)

Woodlake Crossing Homes Association  (York County)

Grace Hill (Kilmarnock)

WestBay (Northumberland County)
